Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable).

During peak periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Times & Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • UNITED KINGDOM: 3–5 business days

  • USA, CANADA, MEXICO, IRELAND, EUROPE, UAE, INDIA, NEW ZEALAND : 5–10 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays or customs processing.

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, which will be clearly indicated on our website.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email (where available). Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. ZiFashion is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping details. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
ZiFashion is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the courier. If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the courier directly using your tracking information. However, we will assist you where possible.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review and offer a replacement or solution where applicable.

Multiple Shipments
In some cases, orders may be shipped separately depending on product availability or warehouse location. You will be notified if this applies to your order.
